I was unsure what exactly these would do or how to apply. I found that putting socks over them work best. The pads get warm after a few minutes and when taking them off, there is a very strong burning smell, which they should warn. But I suppose charcoal as a main ingredient explains. I was shocked to see all of the impurities that showed on a once white pad! I will definitely be using these more!
